  • All Orders are shipped through a Premium Logistics Service Provider such as BLUE DART, FedEx, Aramex or DTDC.

  • Please Note that the Logistics Partner is chosen automatically based on the Price of the Product and the Buyer Location Pin Code. We cannot change the courier partner according to the buyer choice.

  • We ship to the address that we get from order details only.

  • We are not allowed to change the address for live orders. Shipping address change is not possible if order is placed. Please check your address before placing the order.

  • Usually we SHIP the product within 3 Days, however some product may take 3-5 working days to ship.

  • Please allow 7 to 10 working days to DELIVER the product at your place.

  • It may arrive earlier also but if it is delayed more than 10 days after dispatch then, please inform us so that we can check with our courier partner.

  • For non-delivery locations of Blue dart courier, orders would be sent through India Post (Speed Post) for Indian customers.




Octroi (Indian Customers)



  • Octroi is levied in certain cities of Maharashtra.

  • Octroi if applicable in your city will have to be paid by the BUYER. Courier may also levy service charge on Octroi Payment.

  • It is the duty of the buyer to ascertain the rate of Octroi and other formalities relating to Octroi in their cities.

  • Buyers from West Bengal or UP OR north eastern states should send the required documentation if such states have any issues related to state taxes, or related to sales tax.

  • Documentation is compulsory i.e. way bill. Please avoid buying from us if the same cannot be provided. It’s not the responsibility of the seller to notify related to any such documentation before making purchase.

RETURN POLICY DETAILS :



  • The product can be returned to us for repair / replacement provided it should reach back to seller within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the items are not as described, we will offer a REFUND OR REPLACEMENT (SELLER'S DECISION). In most cases this will be minus shipping, although if it was a blatant mistake by us we'll pick up everything.

  • Returns will only be entertained if the item is reported defective within 24 hours of the item receipt, however the time to ship the product back will be 7 days.

  • The buyer is responsible for returning the product safely to us with the best possible courier company. The buyer will have to bear the expense of courier / transportation for returning the product to seller.

  • We will only accept a return, if the factory seal of an item is not opened. If the product is not factory sealed, then also it must be returned intact, unused and in same condition as received. If the seals are broken or item has been used, we may deny the return without rendering a reason. Subsequent courier costs shall be borne by the buyer.

  • Any item returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; damaged / torn out box, missing manuals, parts and accessories will be returned back to buyer. Items returned in any box that is not the original box will not be accepted and will be returned to buyer.

  • Don't expect to return something just because you do not like it.
