Return Policy


  • ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN : 7 DAYS

RETURN POLICY DETAILS :

  • The product can be returned to us for repair/replacement provided it should reach back to the seller within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the items are not as described, we will offer a REFUND OR REPLACEMENT (SELLER'S DECISION). In most cases, this will be minus shipping, although if it was a blatant mistake by us we'll pick up everything.

  • Returns will only be entertained if the item is reported defective within 24 hours of the item receipt, however, the time to ship the product back will be 7 days.

  • The buyer is responsible for returning the product safely to us with the best possible courier company. The buyer will have to bear the expense of courier/transportation for returning the product to the seller.

  • We will only accept a return if the factory seal of an item is not opened. If the product is not factory sealed, then also it must be returned intact, unused and in the same condition as received. If the seals are broken or item has been used, we may deny the return without rendering a reason. Subsequent courier costs shall be borne by the buyer.

  • Any item returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; damaged/torn out packaging box, missing manuals, parts and accessories will be returned back to the buyer. Items returned in any box that is not the original box will not be accepted and will be returned to buyer.
